This position plays a critical role in the firm’s success, and the right fit to join our team is an energetic, reliable team player who is extremely detail oriented, organized, and has a real passion for personal injury law.
Duties/Responsibilities:
We have an immediate openings for PRE-LITIGATION CASE MANAGERS to join our fast-paced team. This position plays a critical role in the firm’s success, and the right fit to join our team is an energetic, reliable team player who is extremely detail oriented, organized, and has a real passion for personal injury law.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Meets with attorneys, clients, and other professionals to discuss assigned cases or projects.
- Draft and send welcome letters.
- Set up claims for third party liability and first party PIP/UIM/UIM.
- Draft and send letters of representation.
- Follow up on liability status on a daily basis.
- Monitor medical treatment.
- Take calls for questions and concerns on treatment/case status updates.
- Input medical providers to tabs.
- Verify balances.
- Draft and send demands.
Experience:
- Experience in plaintiff personal injury or related field required.
- Experience in automobile insurance or related field required.
In addition to a competitive hourly base rate, we offer monthly discretionary bonuses with the potential to significantly increase earnings.
