Job Overview:
As a Litigation Paralegal, you will play a hands-on role in all phases of personal injury litigation. You will work closely with attorneys, clients, medical providers, and opposing counsel to move cases forward efficiently and effectively in a collaborative, high-energy environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Drafting and filing pleadings, motions, and litigation correspondence.
- Propounding and responding to discovery (interrogatories, requests for production, requests for admission)
- Managing e-filing and service of pleadings.
- Reviewing, organizing, and summarizing medical records, bills, and wage loss documentation.
- Coordinating depositions (notices, subpoenas, exhibits, scheduling)
- Assisting with trial and hearing preparation, including exhibit organization.
- Preparing settlement demand packages and assisting with damages analysis.
- Maintaining litigation calendars, deadlines, and docket control.
- Communicating professionally and compassionately with clients.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury experience.
- 2+ years of paralegal experience.
- Strong understanding of personal injury litigation from pre-lit through trial.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Confidence handling cases in a high-volume litigation environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a high attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Filevine case management system a plus.
Compensation & Benefits:
Pay Range: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour (commensurate with experience)
